Terms of Service
The service
BiteByte offers subscription apps for food-service teams. One subscription per organization covers the apps you add; you can add or remove apps at any time from your account.
Your account and organization
You are responsible for your account credentials and for who you invite to your organization. Organization owners control membership, roles, and billing.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. New apps start with a free trial; you can cancel any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. Removing an app takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform or other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Content your team creates in the apps belongs to your organization. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display it as part of running the service.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" while in early access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on bitebyte.io or by email before they take effect.
