Questions restaurant owners ask
Does this integrate with my POS?
No POS integration needed - DisplayMyMenu isn't a POS add-on, it's where you build and publish the menu itself. Items, prices, and photos are entered directly in the builder, so there's nothing to sync. If your POS is your source of truth today, plan on a one-time copy-over (most menus take under an hour).
Can I run more than one location?
Today, one BiteByte account manages one menu. If you run multiple locations, contact us - we can set up an additional account so you keep one bill; native multi-location management is on the roadmap, not live yet. We'd rather tell you that now than have you discover it after signing up.
What happens when staff turn over?
Invite a new hire from Team settings and they can 86 items from any phone the same day - no training needed for the 86 board, it is one tap. Menu editing (sections, prices, photos) is manager-only, so a new server never needs access to touch structure or pricing.
Is a card required for the free trial?
Yes - a card is required up front to start the 14-day trial, and you will not be charged until it ends. Cancel any time before then and you will not be billed.
